it just keeps looping after signing in:

    We understand the error you’re encountering [AADSTS50058: A silent sign-in request was sent but no user is signed in] is related to authentication issues with Azure Active Directory.

    Here are some troubleshooting steps to help resolve this problem:

    1.Avoid using private/incognito mode as it may prevent Azure AD cookies from being stored. Use a normal session in a modern browser like Chrome, Edge, or Firefox.
    2.Clear your browser's cookies and cached data to reset the session, as stale authentication tokens can sometimes lead to looping sign-in issues.
    3.Log out of all accounts in the browser and manually sign in to https://portal.azure.com or https://aka.ms/formrecognizerstudio to ensure the session is authenticated.
    4.If the issue persists, create the resource directly in the Azure portal, then attach it in Document Intelligence Studio under Settings > Resource > Attach Existing Resource.
    5.Try switching to a different network, such as home Wi-Fi, / using another browser / device to rule out network / local device issues.
