I could't find the free learn sandbox subscription in my account, therefore unable to create resources in the Azure account for practice purposes

When you click the "Activate sandbox" button, a default subscription called "Concierge subscription" is automatically created in the Microsoft Learn Sandbox directory, along with a default resource group that starts with "learn."
According to the documentation, the exercise requires you to create an azure resource within the sandbox environment using the Azure portal.
For Task 1: Create a virtual machine, it’s essential to sign in to the Azure portal through the provided link. This ensures you are operating within the correct subscription, keeping the exercise free of charge. Below, you will find screenshots showing the "Concierge subscription" and "learn" resource group names in the Azure portal's sandbox environment.
After successfully logging into the Azure portal, please follow the instructions in Tasks 1 and 2 to fulfill the exercise requirements.
Remember that the sandbox environment automatically initiates cleanup procedures once the module is completed, which helps manage your resources effectively.

Thank you for the answer, there is some progress, now after activating the Sandbox I can see the Concierge subscription and can access the "create ressource" on Azure portal, the only issue remaining is that when I try to validate the resource creation, I get the following message:
Failed to start deployment
There was an error provisioning the resource group 'learn-f75a29df-51c9-41fa-8fe8-427385bbd340'. Additional details from the underlying API that might be helpful: The client 'live.com#ayoub_skizo@hotmail.com' with object id '5778456a-ab19-4479-a0a0-08e7e3e88f5b' does not have authorization to perform action 'Microsoft.Resources/subscriptions/resourceGroups/read' over scope '/subscriptions/66934742-a2f4-4f94-ad7b-07a47d83d2bc/resourceGroups/learn-f75a29df-51c9-41fa-8fe8-427385bbd340' or the scope is invalid. If access was recently granted, please refresh your credentials.
And the Sanbox gets deactivated right away by itself,

"The Error indicates that you're having trouble creating a resource from the sandbox".
Follow these steps to resolve the issue:
1.Log out from all browser tabs, clear your browser cache, and log in again using your Learn ID credentials.
2.Log out of your current browser session and try logging in again using an incognito or private browsing mode.
3.Try using a different browser to log in.
4.Log in with a new personal Microsoft account in the learning path using a different browser. If you don’t have one, create a free Microsoft account. Make sure you’re using a Microsoft account (like Office 365 or Outlook.com) for sandbox access.
5.The Sandbox may deactivate automatically if: You’ve been inactive for too long. There’s a problem with the activation process. Ensure you’re completing tasks within the active session time (typically 1 hour). If necessary, reactivate the Sandbox.
6.Make sure you have the correct role assigned to your account in the Sandbox environment. You may need to be designated as a Contributor or Owner to deploy resources. If you lack the necessary role, request the administrator to assign it to you.
6.If you’re still unable to create resources due to insufficient permissions in the sandbox subscription, sign up for an Azure free account and set up a sandbox environment there.
