Connect to sql server from another machine failed.

A networkrelated or instance specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server, The server was not found or was not accessible.

I can connect to the instance on my local machine.

    Please make sure that you have enable the server to be remoted connect.

    In addition, it is suggested to troubleshoot follow by this doc: A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server.
