Here are some steps you can follow:
- Reset Network:
• Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Advanced network settings > Network reset.
• Click on Reset now. This will reset all network adapters and settings to their default values.
- Check DNS Settings:
• Open Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi > Manage known networks.
• Select your network and click on Properties.
• Ensure that the IP settings are set to Automatic (DHCP) and the DNS settings are also set to Automatic.
- Flush DNS and Reset Network Settings:
• Open Command Prompt as an administrator.
• Run the following commands one by one:
pconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
netsh int ip reset
netsh winsock reset
• Restart your computer after running these commands[.
- Update Network Drivers:
• Open Device Manager.
• Expand Network adapters, right-click on your Wi-Fi adapter, and select Update driver.
• Choose Search automatically for updated driver software.
- Check Firewall Settings:
• Ensure that your firewall is not blocking Windows Update or Windows Defender.
• Go to Settings > Privacy & security > Windows Security > Firewall & network protection.
• Click on Allow an app through firewall and make sure that Windows Update and Windows Defender are allowed.
