According to our official documentation, only PCs that have passed the Microsoft Teams Room device certification can be fully converted into Teams Room devices. The Microsoft Teams Room device certification program ensures that the device meets high standards in audio, video, and user experience. Uncertified devices may encounter compatibility issues and performance limitations, such as the HDMI adapter issue you mentioned earlier.
