Hello,

  1. sign in to Microsoft 365 admin center
    2. Click Support > New service request.
    3. In the search field, search for throttling. Select Increase EWS Throttling Policy from the list and press Enter.

4. Click Run Tests.

Diagnostic tests for "Increase EWS Throttling Policy" are running.
But then there is no option to select the duration in days.

Is this setting no longer available?

Or is it just temporarily unavailable?

Increase EWS Throttling Policy

Thank you.

    Hi, @SC

There is currently no official documentation stating that this setting is no longer available.

Microsoft sometimes removes or adds the feature. As shown in the diagram above, you must create a new Microsoft service request and ask the team to enable EWS throttling.

According to the article, you need to wait 180 days after the expiration before you can ask again through the web portal. However, at the end of the value you selected, you can call support to request additional time for this limit change.

As the message above says, open a service request.
