Why I am notified that my Windows is infected with viruses?

Dear all,

I upgraded from Win10 to Win11. Then, it shows a set of boxes showing that my computer is infected with viruses. I have previously asked and solved this problem, but now the boxes show again when I open my browser Chome. Could anybody show me how to suppress them?

    your computer infected with a virus that fake itself as McAfee.

    Those warnings showed on your desktop are fake McAfee virus, which asking you to click it (please do not click it!)

    How to clean:

    1. Open task manager - Processes.
      • end task all McAfee or anything that you are sure it's not installed by you
    2. Go to Settings - System - Notifications.
      • Switch OFF all notifications
      • Uncheck all settings under Additional settings
    3. Go to Settings - System - Privacy & security - General.
      • Switch OFF all options
    4. Go to Programs and Features.
      • Uninstall McAfee or anything that you are sure it's not installed by you
    5. Open Task Manager - Startup Apps
      • Disable McAfee or anything that you are sure it's not installed by you
    6. Open Services.msc
      • Disable all McAfee services
    7. Open Folder Options
      • uncheck Show sync provider notifications
    8. Open browser (Chrome, Edge, etc)
      • open extensions, remove McAfee extension or anything that you are sure it's not installed by you
    9. Browser settings - privacy and security - Site Settings - notifications
      • select Don't allow sites to send notifications
      • under Not allowed to send nofitications, remove all the address listed
    10. Browser settings - privacy and security - Third party cookies - See all sites data and permissions
      • Clear all
    11. Browser settings - privacy and security - Clear browsing data
      • Clear all data
    12. Browser settings - reset settings
    13. do for all browser.
    14. restart computer.
