Ever since I got my new phone I have but been able to get the Microsoft authenticator to work. Every time it says "Open your Authenticator app, and enter the number shown to sign in" I don't receive it. Please help

    Thanks for your response.

    I suggest if you still have access to your old phone, then please enable the backup to your personal account and then click on 'Restore from backup' after installing the authenticator app in your **new phone.**NOTE -> Please make sure that you configure additional sign in methods (phone message, email, etc) for this personal account so that you could sign in easily in your new phone while restoring your data.

    You can do so by following the link - https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info

    and then navigate to - User's image
