Is there any error message?
In the folder C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\160\Setup Bootstrap\Log there is one folder per install attempt. The one of most interest is Detail.txt. Feel free to attach it here.
And that server name, is that your own machine or a machine in your network?
All I can say is that you are not able to log in, but since I don't know why you expect to be able to log in, it is difficult to assist. You need to provide more details.
