Unable to sign up for exam using my organization's ESI portal

Question

Upon locating the desired certification and clicking the "Schedule Exam" button under "Schedule through Pearson Vue" I am redirected to the page with "Personal info, username and URL"

but am not able to advance beyond the part where you confirm your legal name. Saving my legal name simply returns back to the legal name input box.

I have disabled pop up blocker and tried both Chrome, Edge and Edge inPrivate with the same results.

The Certifications tab has been relocated under Credentials. You can access your Certifications tab directly via the following link: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users/me/credentials?tab=credentials-tab

Under each certification, select "View certification details," then click the Print button above your certificate. Choose "Save as PDF" and, under More settings, uncheck Headers and footers, etc.   Pearson VUE Support:
