Hey i just ran autoruns and it shows two unverified microsoft corp files. I can't uninstall them or delete them. It says I shoud have authorisation from TrustedInstall.

And I had funky activities on my google account. I had two unknown connected devices, and prior to my first reset. I had a bunch of unverified files on autoruns.

Help pls.

    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

Actually these files are often legitimate Windows system files, not all unverified Microsoft files are malicious.

You can run a full system scan with any antivirus software to check for any malware. Meanwhile you can check the digital signatures of the files by right-clicking on the file > Properties > Digital Signatures. If the signatures are valid, the files are likely safe.

I hope the information above is helpful.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to let us know.

    Best regards,

    Jill Zhou
