Onenote keep crashing

Hi,

I have a surface book 3 and use the pen to take notes with the OneNote for office 365. The OneNote app keeps freezing when using the pen. I have to restart the app each time to use it again (which can be several times). So far here are the following steps I've tried:

  1. I tried to clear cache and clear parameters.
  2. I've had also a clean re-install
  3. I disabled hardware graphics acceleration
  4. Closed all notebooks and created a new notebook.

Note that all my notebooks are in my local disk and I don't have any nb in my one drive.

    Hi @Sesame ,
    OneNote for Office 365, did you mean you OneNote 2016?
    Did you use it in Windows or Mac?
    Try to test if the pen can work with other Office application, like Excel or Word.
