Hi,
As I'm using Microsoft SharePoint Designer 2013 for Editing/Adding/Customizing Web-Parts or to add files and Edit the Forms pages, but suddenly today when I open designer to edit Master Page i.e., seatle.master page, the page is loading and application is getting sign-out and closing automatically, I cross checked by opening different sites but facing same issue.
for other users with Windows Version - 23H2 (OS build 22631.4460) the application is working fine, but recently my windows have been updated to Version- 24H2 (OS build 26100.2314). From then Application is not working (edit file not working).

    Hi @Sai Charan GS ,

Thank you for posting in this community.

It seems that you are experiencing issues with Microsoft SharePoint Designer 2013 crashing after a Windows update. SharePoint Designer 2013 won't be deprecated but there will be no further development. Support (including security patches) will be offered for SharePoint Designer 2013 client through April 2023. So we can't fix this with SharePoint Designer updates.

Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot this issue:

    1. Repair Office Installation: You can try repairing your Office installation. Go to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features, select Microsoft Office, and then choose the Repair option.
    2. Reinstall SharePoint Designer: If the problem persists, consider uninstalling and then reinstalling SharePoint Designer 2013.
    3. If that doesn't solve the problem, I'm afraid we'll have to go back to Windows Version - 23H2.
