This submission failed with error code(s) 1201. How to resolve or get additional information

I have a UWP application that I have been supporting since a while. Latest submission I did was on November 12 without problems. Today I am trying to create a new package submission, but it will not pass the Pre-Processing step with error message "This submission failed with error code(s) 1201". All I did was a small change in source code. No package reference updates or anything else. I have a powershell script that I use to build the application so the build process has not changed either. Any advise on how to get to the root of the problem?

This issue is not related to your submission, this should be the store's problem.

For your scenario, please open a free support ticket here: Contact Us. Sign in with your email address associated with your Partner Center account, go to Contact us tab, find Non-Technical Support - Dashboard, click "Ask Copilot".

You need to state your issue and ask Copilot to help you open a ticket. Please tell the store team about your issue so they can fix it.

Do you have any news? I'm having the same issue, very little changes in my codebase and now fails certification pre-processing with error code 1201, no helpful information.
