Microsoft Authenticatorstopped working.

For the past few hours, I haven't been able to log into my account because my Microsoft Authenticator app displays the message: "Your screen lock has changed. Phone sign-in will no longer work for '******@is.here'. You will need to enable phone sign-in again on your account." There are two options: Cancel and Set Up. However, choosing Set Up just loops back to the same message.
