How can I install sql server express sp2 localdb?

Question

I'm trying to install a copy of software that requires 2012 sp2 localdb. When I try to install said software it tells me it needs to download the msi file but fails to do so because the link is broken. I have tried installing the full sql server setup but I may have missed a chance to exclude everything but localdb.

Do I have any options to just running that express localdb sp2? This software himges on that and it is very important to my business.. Thanks in advance
