Authenticator issue / can't log in

Hello,
I have issue with logging into my account. I recently changed my device and the Authenticator doesn't display the code anymore, I also don't have a number assigned to my account or access to the old device.
I can't add the number as it requires me to use the Authenticator app.
Is there anything that can be done?
