Cannot login via SSO in Canva using deped microsoft email

Question

My Co-teachers are trying to login via SSO in Canva, however upon logging in Microsoft, they get this error message:

maybe because they have @r4a-3.deped.gov.ph account with microsoft before?? Because I successfully logged in mine.
