Hey Chuck,
I believe this is related to an issue we saw a couple weeks ago where users couldn't mark answers or submit feedback. The bug has been reported to the team.
Unable to submit reason why answer did not help me on this forum.

In this forum I clicked the downvote because an answer did not help me, it's ignoring my question. When I choose a reason and click the Submit button nothing happens. There is no browser throbber moving and no indication anything is happening. My ad blocker is off for this domain and I use Google Chrome v131.0.6778.109 (64 bit). I don't see any styler extensions interfering with this site. This does not work on Firefox v133 either. Javascript should always be enabled for me on any browser.
How do I submit feedback for an answer?
The user phemanth seems to be an AI and it keeps giving me outdated answers or answers that are wrong.
