Trouble issue - UnrealEngine 5.5 build Failed D8037, MSB3073

Hello.

I'm currently building UE5 using source code, but I can't resolve the unknown D8037 and MSB3073 errors.

Since I couldn't find a solution, I even took a video of the problem I was experiencing.

You can see D8037 and MSB3073.
