    Hello,

Here are a few steps you can try to fix this issue:

    Restart Windows Explorer:

Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager.

Find Windows Explorer in the list, right-click it, and select Restart.

    Restart the Windows Search Service:

Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog.

    Type services.msc and press Enter.

Find Windows Search in the list, right-click it, and select Restart.

Run the Search and Indexing Troubleshooter:

Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot.

Select Search and Indexing and run the troubleshooter.

    Run Ctfmon.exe:

Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog.

Type C:\Windows\system32\ctfmon.exe and press Enter. This can help restore the language bar and fix the search issue.

    Rebuild the Index:

Go to Control Panel > Indexing Options.

    Click Advanced and then Rebuild.

    Update Windows:

Make sure your Windows is up to date by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and checking for updates.

If these steps don't resolve the issue, you might want to consider creating a new user account or resetting your PC as a last resort.
