I am using Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2019 to create labels. I have done this many times in the past. Suddenly when I go to Mail Merge the program gets hung up when it starts to open Word. This has never happened before. I also have Microsoft 365 which I don't really use much. I am wondering if the current problem has something to do with the "try :ew view" feature which I selected when using Office. Now I don't see it any longer. See screen shot attached.
Unfortunately no. I am thinking about trying to export the entire database and save it as a file and then try to reinstall the program. I'm not crazy about the idea, but not sure what else to do.

Thank you for the update. I tried by repairing office but this didn't change anything. I'm wondering if it has to do with any recent updates installed.
I have not installed any new updates recently that I can remember. For now, I exported the database to a CSV file and printed labels from there. Not a perfect solution, because the data has to be manipulated quite a bit. Still need to find a solution.
