Authenticator app not working properly

I can’t get into my school email using my Authenticator app because no numbers are being displayed from the computer to the phone or the phone from app to app seems like a disconnect

Are you end user (student)?

If so, you may contact your school Office 365 admin. (i.e. contact the person who gave you your Microsoft 365 user account and password for further assistance).
