AD Sync Issue to resolved

My Password syncs and the directory stops and vice versa. Sometimes both does not sync even though the AD Sync services is running

    You will need to check the event viewer logs for the password sync logs. See similar here. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/troubleshoot/active-directory/password-synchronization-not-activated?source=recommendations

    The above will help you see what is logged on failures. You can further proceed with using the entra connect troubleshooter tool to then assess exactly what is wrong.
