We don't see the mail, so we can't say neither nay or ay.
But check the From the line. Does that agree with the sender? Also, if there any links any mail, hoover with the mouse to view them and see if the address is where the text say it will go. For instance, if you get a mail from Bigwebshop.com, but the link goes to assd888.com, it certainly scam. DON'T CLICK any links until you are sure!
Also, as a point of references: I get mail or text messages every now and then confirming orders have I not submitted. A quick check on headers and links, and then it is a hard-delete of the scam-spam.
