msteams toolkit bot setup

i tried setting up msteams bot using msteams toolkit and followed steps mentions in this link - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/modules/teams-toolkit-vsc-create-bot/
but in last i am getting a pop up with error no app found
please let me know the reasons for this and how i can resolve this
