The W10 system and other Windows applications (Microsoft Store) are running well.
The user does not remember the date of the issue first time.
The user was changing the MS account access data.

I can open any pictures with any other tools but i can't open them with microsoft photos or windows photo viewer (the German versions):
Simply doesn't work indipendent of executing by double click or open as....
There are no error messages at all.
I have used the repair function without success, further deinstallation and installation.
I used sfc scannow for checking system files.
Any ideas?
