Request for Assistance with PL 300 Exam Issue - test window/ agreement window never showed up

I’m reaching out regarding a frustrating experience I had with my recent Pearson Vue online exam PL300 on 26 Nov 2024 at 9:15 AM. Despite verifying system requirements and successfully completing the proctoring process, the exam never launched.

Here’s what happened:

  • I completed all the pre-exam steps, including desk photos and verification by the proctor.
  • After the proctor ended the chat, I waited for the exam to appear, but it never did.
  • After a few minutes, I clicked the chat button to inquire about the test, only to see a screen stating the test was closed and ready for the survey.

I immediately contacted Pearson Vue support, who created a case for me (Case Number: 12244674). Unfortunately, I was informed I couldn’t retake as i was unable to accept the Non-Disclosure Agreement due to technical issues. But Test window didn't pop up in first place.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating. I was prepared and eager to complete it, but due to this technical issue, I’m now unable to move forward.

Given the circumstances, I kindly request your assistance in overriding if any waiting period and allowing me to reschedule my exam at the earliest opportunity. Completing this test as soon as possible is very important to me, and I hope you can help resolve this matter swiftly.
