You can try the following steps to fix:
- Restart File Explorer:
Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager.
Find and select Windows Explorer in the list.
Click Restart at the bottom right.
- Check for updates:
Start > Settings > Windows Update
- Create a New User Account:
Sometimes the issue can be user profile-specific. Create a new user account and check if the problem persists there.
- Try entering Safe Mode to test if Right-Click Removal works. If it does, some non-Microsoft application may be causing the problem. About how to enter safe mode, please refer to this link:
