Problem witch MS Authenticator on iOS

After add second MS Account (both private) to MS Authenticator on iOS is freeze and nonwork. :-(
When you open MS Authenticator, FaceID recogneze and freeze at screen with text "Authenticator is closed" (in czech "Authenticator je zamknutý"). Reboot iPhone or application is no way.

Elli 0 Reputation points2024-12-11T21:49:37.4566667+00:00 Same issue. Added a second hotmail account (the one I use for Xbox) and now the authenticator is locked. Sucks big time b/c all other logins (work, github, etc.) are connected to it…!
EDIT: I reset the password and after a day, I could access the authenticator again. Yay! But another day later, it was locked again. Hadn’t done anything out of the usual.
