Foundershub credits balance are not updating correctly

Hello,

My startup received credits from Microsoft Foundershub. The expiration date of the credits are today, december 10th. However we are eligible to get more credits and 1 year more of benefits if we spend more than 50% of our credits quota until today.

I am sure that we already spent more than 50%. We started running an operation and yesterday morning 9th december, 6 am, Sao Paulo Time the Usage was showing that we spent $2000 USD in total ($500 usd only yesterday) on Azure AI credits. We've been using the same operation today and we use a counter. On our counter it says we've spent $2000 usd from yesterday to today. Therefore, more than $3000 in total. We gotta reach more than $2500 to upgrade to next level. However, Usage did not updated at all and are still showing $2000 USD in total. We are looking for help because today expires the credits and we may lose access to next level in this phase which is really important to us and we met the criteria.

Please help us.

    Azure usage data and billing information may experience a processing delay of up to 24-48 hours. As a result, the system might not immediately reflect the most recent expenditures, even if you have already exceeded the required threshold. Consequently, the usage metrics displayed in the Azure portal may lag behind the actual consumption.

    For further assistance, you may need to collaborate with a billing engineer to ensure that your credits are properly assigned to the correct account. Could you please create a support ticket with the billing team here. They will be able to assist you in resolving this matter efficiently.
