Can't find the option to turn off Virtualization-Based Security (VBS)

My PC is unable to overclock since VBS is running.

I have tried to disable VBS, first in Settings (it says: No results for 'core isolation' when typing it in the search bar), then in regedit (but the 'EnableVirtualizationBasedSecurity' - line doesn't show up), it seems undoable on my computer. Where can I locate it and turn it off?

I'm on an HP Omen 30L and running Windows 11 Home.

Please see attatched image.
