I would like to see the creator of an event on our company's shared calendar. As the creator of the calendar, only my name comes up for the creator of every event instead of the employee that created the event.

    Hi@Alethea Koehler

It's nice to hear back from you.

Outlook does not support recognizing the person who created the event in a shared calendar.

When someone creates a meeting in Outlook and invites coworkers to it, the invited people can see on their calendars who created the meeting. Unfortunately shared calendars are not possible because the meeting organizer on a shared calendar will always be the original calendar owner.

    Hi,@Alethea Koehler

Thanks for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

I would like to confirm how you create the company calendar. do you create it under your main calendar like below?

    User's image

if yes, please note that it is the expected behavior that the meeting organizer on the shared calendar will always be the original calendar owner if we have shared the editor permission. when the delegate sends the meeting, the internal attendees will receive the emails like Xintao Qiao on behalf of Bruce Jing like below:

The fundamental reason is that this calendar is created by you, so the meeting organizer will always be the original calendar owner.

After my testing, the functionality you were expecting is not available at this time.
