Unfortunately, I can no longer log in to the admin center or EntraID with a global admin account. The MS MFA app was already set up, we had problems logging in yesterday and I seem to have killed it when I tried it. Yesterday I was still able to log in to the admin center with the user without any problems. The following steps are now displayed:
Action required
Your organization needs additional security information. Follow the instructions to download and set up the Microsoft Authenticator app.
Further:
Protect your account
Method 2 of 2: Done!
Successful!
Very good! Your security information has been successfully set up. Click "Done" to continue signing in.
Default sign-in method: Authenticator app or hardware token code.
3x Microsoft Authenticator
e-mail
-> Click on Done and the process starts again.
Since this question has already been asked several times by other users, I am also hoping for support in this way.

You can close this thread. Our CSP Distri could revoke the admin's MFA an I'm able to lockin again.

I'm glad that you were able to resolve your issue and thank you for posting your solution so that others experiencing the same thing can easily reference this! Solution: CSP Distri could revoke the admin's MFA an I'm able to login again.
