Hi,
Hope all is well.
1.The error 0x80072ee7 which means your SCCM server could not be resolved from the client. So, firstly check the Server name and DNS.
Are there multiple DHCP servers in your environment? I have also encountered the same error before and it came out that my client refers to the wrong DHCP server which is responsible for resolving IP address in another domain. After I turned off the wrong DHCP server, the issue resolved. So, it's recommended that you check the DHCP servers and network settings in your environment to see if it is configured correctly.
2,Can we manually install the SCCM client agent on the computers?
3,Please kindly check your boundaries and boundary groups configurations, and associate your MPs and DPs to the boundary groups. Make sure the client can communicate with the MPs and DPs.
4,Please also make sure your Firewall doesn't block the communication between the client and site system servers.
Feel free to contact me if you have any concerns/queries.
Best regards,
Simon
