You can try to check if your app's folder has the forms folder
.Besides, try saving the project files to another disk instead of the C disk.

You can try to copy your colleague
s project template that installed correctly to the appropriate location for your VS in your PC. The default location is :C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2019{version name}\Common7\IDE\ProjectTemplates` .If the problem persists, you can perform a thorough uninstall for Xamarin for Visual Studio.
