unable to connect to a shared printer error #740

in windows 11 if i use the printer wizard to add the printer i get the error " we cant install this printer right now. try again later or contact your network administrator for help"

error #740

when open unc path on file explorer double click on the printer i get " windows cannot connect to the printer. Access is denied"

and this only happens on 3 printers the other i can add without any issues and from the same source.

    1. Right-click the printer in Devices and Printers
    2. Go to Properties > Sharing tab
    3. Ensure "Everyone" or your Windows user/group has "Read" and "Print" permissions

    #Make sure you are the Administrator.

    #Check Firewall is not blocking the operation.

    #Uninstall and reinstall Printer driver.

    #In Start Search type Services.msc and hit the enter key.

    Scroll down to Print Spooler.

    Right click to Restart.
