Hello,

According to my search,

There is no official documentation stating that the Microsoft Text Input Application is obsolete. Although some users have reported that this process may cause high CPU usage, it is still a part of Windows systems.

Add the language you want directly in the settings.

Open ‘Settings’.

Select ‘Time and language’.

Click on ‘Languages and regions’.

Under ‘Preferred language’, select the language you want and click ‘Options’.

Select ‘Add Keyboard’ and choose the desired keyboard layout.
