Outgoing webhooks are not working in Teams

Hi,
We have configured outgoing webhooks to send messages to our Bot. When we try to send any message. The message is not reaching our bot. It gives the below message.
The bot encountered an error or bug.
To continue to run this bot, please fix the bot source code.

Could you please help us what needs to be done?
