How do I stop Windows 10 Photo Viewer from asking me to edit images with AI?

The Windows 10 Photo Viewer (to be clear: I am talking about the "Microsoft.Windows.Photos" app) keeps popping up this notification when I open image files with it:
"Edit your photos with AI"
How do I stop this notification from appearing? Pressing the X in the top right will close it temporarily, but at a later point it will show up again.
Ideally also: How do I remove these icons (OneDrive, ClipChamp, etc.) from the window's title bar?
