Hello
Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.
Here are some steps you can try to resolve this issue:
- Ensure both your computer and the Seagate Central are properly connected to the network.
- Verify if there are any specific network or share permissions set on the Seagate Central that might be preventing access. You might need to access the drive’s web interface.
3. Map the Network Drive:
- Open File Explorer, click on 'This PC'.
- Click on the 'Computer' tab, then 'Map network drive'.
- Choose a drive letter and enter the network path of the Seagate Central (e.g., \Seagate-41D834\sharename).
4. Restart Networking Services:
- Open the Run dialog box (Win + R), type services.msc, and press Enter.
- Restart the Function Discovery Provider Host and Function Discovery Resource Publication services.
