I have had this issue before and someone from Microsoft was able to get it working again, but it keeps happening that my Microsoft network adapter on my 2-year-old Lenovo Computer keeps shutting off, not working. So I can't get online to work anymore. Please someone help me. I need my computer for work. Thank you.

    First run the Network Troubleshooter.

Start > Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters > Network Adapter, then click "Run" to launch the troubleshooter.

Uninstall and reinstall Network Adapter driver.

    1. Open Device Manager
    2. Expand "Network adapters"
    3. Right-click on your Microsoft network adapter
    4. Delete
    5. Reboot.

The system will automatically detect the hardware-update the same via Windows Update. Alternatively you can download the latest driver from the support site of the manufacturer.
