Windows 10 Home 32-bit version can be upgraded to 64-bit version, but you need to perform a fresh install. This means that you will need to back up your files and personal data, as a fresh install will format your system disc, resulting in the original operating system and personal data being deleted.
Before performing a fresh install, make sure that your computer hardware is compatible with the 64-bit architecture and meets the following conditions:
The processor supports the 64-bit instruction set.
Have at least 2GB of RAM (4GB or more recommended).
Ensure that you have enough hard drive space to install the new system.
Check if there are 64-bit drivers available for your hardware devices.
