Integration with Make.com

Question

I'm trying integrate Business Dynamics 365 with Make.com and keep running to this permission error:

"message":"The request failed due to failure of a previous request.","code":"SC424","suberrors":[{"message":"[access_denied] AADSTS650052: The app is trying to access a service '......b89f'(Dynamics 365 Business Central) that your organization '.... 7166f' lacks a service principal for. Contact your IT Admin to review the configuration of your service subscriptions or consent to the application in order to create the required service principal. Trace ID: ca5b459a-f828-4178-8d08-b49d68945500 Correlation ID: 5d6c8f5b-ef99-4095-b12f-0ce75635052a Timestamp: 2024-12-13 17:31:09Z","name":"InvalidConfigurationError"

Is this because i'm using a free Azure environment? if not can you provide guidance?

I understand you are trying integrate Business Dynamics 365 with Make.com and keep running to this permission error: AADSTS650052

The Error AADSTS650052 indicates: The app needs access to a service (https://api.testtenant.onmicrosoft.com) that your organization testtenant.onmicrosoft.com has not subscribed to or enabled. Contact your IT Admin to review the configuration of your service subscriptions.

This means the resource does not exist in your organization. To resolve this, use the following consent URL.

https://login.microsoftonline.com/{tenant-id}/adminconsent?client_id={client-id}

NOTE:
In place of tenant-id keep your make.com tenant-id and in place of client-id keep your Dynamics 365 Business Central client-id(996def3d-b36c-4153-8607-a6fd3c01b89f).
