There is currently no way to delete a schedule or rename the shift once it has been created. The workaround is that you van only delete the whole schedule by deleting the Team itself. According to uservoice, the feature is planned to be implemented sometime in the future. We also highly recommend you vote for it in Teams UserVoice here:
