Metered Connection Report

Is it possible to create a report to identify devices that are or have connected via a metered connection?

We have enabled metered connection access within the client settings, we just need a report to identify those clients that are connecting via a metred connection.

    2.SCCM report creation
    3.Report builder
    4.Configure the data sources
    5.Create a dataset
    6.Report design
    7.Visual modification
