Email Input from Dynamic Content keeps changing in my Power Automate Flow

Hello,
I am trying to create an approval workflow when an employee creates a booking in our booking calendar. The flow will send an email to the assigned staff for approval and sends a confirmation email after approval/rejection.
However I am unable to send the email to the approver or display the name, the input keeps changing to another option:
