In MyAccess (https://myaccess.microsoft.com), going onto Approvals > History, I used to see history of approved, denied, expired requests as long as I am part of the access package approvers, even if I am not the one who approved or denied the access package requests. Now, Approvals > History is only showing those requests which I approved. Were there recent changes? If none, please help how I can view all others which I am one of the approvers for.

I can see a history of requests per package using the Entra Admin Portal, "Identity Governance > Entitlement Management > Access Packages > Requests", but the interface isn't ideal and also doesn't show who approved the request.

I understand that you are not able to see any history of approvals in the MyAccess portal, even though you are part of the access package approvers.
I haven't noticed any recent changes to the portal, and in my environment, I can see all the history where I'm part of the approvers. It's possible that there was a change to the access package policy that you're not aware of, or you could try signing out and signing back in again

EF 0 Reputation points2025-01-07T14:50:13.3733333+00:00 We have same issue across many (perhaps all) access packages. As mentioned by other users above, the AZ Portal view into EntraID does not yield the required information.
