For Reschedule the exam AI-900 Microsoft fundamentals

I have scheduled the AI-900 Microsoft Ai fundamentals on 18 dec 2024 9.30 am and due to some tech issue i was not suppose to attend the exam ,i missed the appointment for this exam due to this tech issue ,please help me out for rescheduling this exam.
