If I use Azure AI Foundry Playground will I get billed?

I am looking for documentation confirming whether the Playground in Azure AI Foundry is free to use, or not? I cannot find any information on how this is billed.

    The Azure AI Foundry Playground is a free service. During the preview phase, there is no extra charge for using Azure AI Foundry. You can experiment with various AI models and technologies without incurring any costs. please note that Azure AI services and other resources used within Azure AI Foundry will be billed at their existing rates pricing Tier
